The Risk Management Department is a partner with the Shasta-Trinity Schools Insurance Group (STSIG) and the Northern California School Insurance Group (NCSIG) through two Joint Powers Authorities. We are self insured for all major areas of insurance.
Internally, the Department collaborates with Human Resources supporting our fringe benefits.
The Department's mission is to provide risk management programs so that the organization's assets are protected against loss. When losses are prevented and reduced, more funds and resources are available for the classrooms.
