... A step which can lead you to somewhere you might never have imagined. Through the Reach Higher initiative, Shasta County is taking a step toward improving the way we prepare our students and our community for post secondary education.  REACH HIGHER Shasta is an initiative to increase our rate of students who are ready for college and career. There are three committees working to achieve our identified goals: K-8 Task Force, High School Task Force and a Community Outreach Task Force.
