The goal of the Educational Resource Center is to provide a transition program which allows students to grow academically, develop social skills, accept responsibility, prepare for employment by focusing on the SCANS competencies, and to prepare for transfer to comprehensive/alternative high school and post secondary education. The Educational Resource Center serves approximately 50 students in grades 9-12. Classrooms are not self-contained, thus simulating a regular high school, with teachers instructing in their areas of strength.
