Please Note:

The Graphics Department at the Shasta County Office of Education (225-0276) is at your service. Don Kinsinger has recently retired (congratulations to Don) and we are pleased to announce that Dorothy Braz (dbraz@shastacoe.org) is now operating the graphics services. Dorothy has always done a terrific job in graphics and we fully intend to service all of your printing and copying needs.

The Graphics Departments' goal is to have your order ready for delivery within ten working days. Our busiest time of year is the month before school starts, and this, or other factors, can sometimes affect the targeted time schedule. Therefore, any time you can place your order well in advance would help to guarantee you a timely delivery. If there is a "rush" for a particular job, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to have it ready when you need it. Anytime the job is very involved, such as a yearbook or a newsletter with several photos, advance planning is necessary to allow us to produce a quality product.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If we are out of the office, please leave a message in Box 13 or on our voice mail, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery

For the offices that have a daily pick-up at SCOE, a note is placed in your box notifying you that an order is ready in the Graphics Department, Room 13.
