Costs

School Districts will not be expected to expend District funds for PMAT services.  The funds provided in SB 1209 cover the costs of technical Personnel Management assistance to county offices and the school districts within their region.  For specialized trainings requiring purchase of materials, there will be a cost-recovery-only fee for the purchase of  such materials.

Consultants

The consultants are experienced professionals who have worked extensively in the area of Human Resources Management.  They bring years of experience from their work in Northern California to the Districts requesting assistance.
