If you experience any problems with IFAS, please call the Help Desk at 225-0279 to make sure your issue is logged, and that we can assist you promptly.

Sungard Public Sector Bi-Tech Demo Wed June 4th 9am - 12 noon

We have scheduled a demo of the 7.9 version of IFAS for Wed June 4th. Please plan on attending this demo. You won't want to miss seeing the new features that will be available especially a new budget worksheet screen, payroll in "7i" mode, and enhanced payroll encumbering.

IFAS Announcements

CDD Beta QA folder: reports moved to production folders as of 09/06

The IFAS Zipcode database has been updated with the June 2005 update from the Post Office.

The IFAS Version 7.2 PC Products and latest Service Pack/Patch are required to connect to IFAS.

IFAS is not available until 7:30 AM on Monday mornings, or if Monday is a holiday, then IFAS will not be available until 7:30 AM on the following Tuesday morning.

Tue-Fri 4:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Sat 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sun 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

IFAS Service Packs/Patches:

To see what version and service pack/patch you have, open Insight, click on "Help > About Insight".

Service Pack/Patch Installation Instructions:

Click on the button below to download, saving the file to your desktop as an icon. Double click on the icon to install the service pack/patch. Follow the instructions on the screens, taking all the defaults: click "Next", "Next", "Next", "Next", & "Finish".

After installing a service pack/patch you may also need to re-install the fix for the CDD "RPC Timed Out Problem" if you run large CDD reports.
