HOWTO: Verify IFAS Insight Application Software Version(s)

The correct IFAS Insight software and ODBC database driver versions are required for correct operation.

Verify the version of the IFAS Insight application software:

  1. Logon to the Insight application.
  2. On the Help menu, click About Insight.
  3. The Copyright tab will be selected and the current version of Insight will be displayed along, any service packs applied and the build date. Verify that the version and service pack release are the most current versions available.
  4. Click on the System Catalog Connection tab. Verify that the Driver Version is the most current version available.
