OPEN ENROLLMENT BEGINS AUGUST 1, 2019 THROUGH AUGUST 30, 2019 AT NOON
New Plan Year starting October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020
Open enrollment has begun! Plan choices remain the same for the new plan year. The new plan year runs from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. Please note that the rates have changed. New rate sheets can be found on this website by selecting the appropriate group below. They will also be available at the Open Enrollment meetings and in the Human Resources office. We encourage everyone to attend an open enrollment meeting. Please refer to the STSIG Open Enrollment Meeting schedule for a time and place that fits your schedule. Attending an open enrollment meeting will also earn a wellness incentive for 2019.
The new plan year will run October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.
All Employees must submit paper work no later than AUGUST 30, 2019 AT NOON. please see below for the two (2) options available to each employee depending on your choice for health care coverage for the new plan year:

All employees enrolling spouses or children for the first time will need to submit dependency documentation along with the enrollment forms during Open Enrollment. This is for new dependents being added to your plan only.
