Payroll Services

The Payroll staff processes payroll for Shasta County Office of Education and 10 school districts, and facilitates payroll processing for 12 other school districts. We welcome the opportunity to help with payroll needs.

Other services provided are:

  • Countywide STRS and PERS reporting
  • Tax processing of Social Security, Medicare, Workers Compensation, State Unemployment and Federal and State withholding
  • Annual W-2s
  • Health and Welfare benefit processing and payments
  • IRS 125 plan maintenance
