  Our purpose is to provide high quality professional development and other resources to help our districts develop effective instructional systems that help our students thrive scholastically. We also provide Preliminary and Clear Administrative Services credentials, leadership development and technical services to local schools and School Leadership Teams.

  We provide quality early care and education programs, resources and supports for children & families, and their teachers or care providers.

  Supporting alternative education; special education; foster and homeless youth; after school; supplemental tutoring; and School Attendance Review Boards.

Those students who complete minimum college preparatory or community college transfer requirements will receive guaranteed admission from all of the participating institutions of higher education.

CALPADS is the State of California's longitudinal data system that is used to maintain individual-level data including student demographics, course data, discipline, assessments, staff assignments, and other data for state and federal reporting. We provide support to district CALPADS Administrators through monthly meetings, Q&A and training new staff.
