  Our purpose is to provide high quality professional development and other resources to help our districts develop effective instructional systems that help our students thrive scholastically. We also provide Preliminary and Clear Administrative Services credentials, leadership development and technical services to local schools and School Leadership Teams.

Those students who complete minimum college preparatory or community college transfer requirements will receive guaranteed admission from all of the participating institutions of higher education.

Nick Webb

As a native of Shasta County, I grew up attending Shasta County public schools, and graduating from Central Valley High School, before leaving to attend college. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I returned to Redding to run youth programs for a local non-profit organization. I have worked with and advocated for students in a variety of programs, from substance abuse prevention to financial aid, from student housing to college access for low-income, first generation students. Along my career path, I went through a school counseling program and collected a Master’s of Business Administration.

While my work and education history is diverse, my consistent passion has been connecting young people to opportunities for success. I believe education serves a central role in that, whether in early childhood, in elementary or high school, or as a college student.

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in the community and exploring the world on bikes with my wife and twin sons.
