The Curiosity Magnified K-2 STEM grant provides an opportunity for in-depth training of our Kindergarten through second grade teachers in both math and science, as well as provide our students with the opportunity to think like an engineer (using the K-2 Engineering Design Standards), think like a mathematician (using the Standards for Mathematical Practice), as well as utilize technology to capture their investigation process and outcomes. Teachers also receive one-on-one pedagogical content coaching to refine and improve their instructional practice.
