In the case of a student’s personal information, we will seek the consent from the student and/ or parent depending on the circumstances and the student’s mental ability and maturity to understand the consequences of the proposed use and disclosure.

Event Cancellation/Exchanges

Schreder Planetarium Tickets
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed. We reserve the right to change or cancel the event without notice. If SCOE cancels the event, a full refund is available with your ticket remittance within five business days.

Schreder Planetarium Summer Camps
Refunds are available if we receive your cancellation by phone or E-mail within five business days in advance of the event. Camp registration fees may be exchanged for another age appropriate camp, if space is available.

If SCOE cancels the camp, a full refund will be returned by the same method of payment within two weeks.

Professional Development Events
A full refund is available if we receive your cancellation by phone or E-mail within 48 hours in advance of the event. If your cancellation is not received at least 48 hours in advance of the session, event fees will be reduced by a materials fee, if any. Applicable materials fees are noted on each event description.

If SCOE cancels the event, a full refund will be returned by original method of payment within two weeks.

Whiskeytown Environmental School Summer Camps
Refunds are available if we receive your cancellation by phone or E-mail within five business days in advance of the event. Camp registration fees may be exchanged for another age appropriate camp, if space is available.

If SCOE cancels the camp, a full refund will be returned by the same method of payment within two weeks.

Facility Rentals Cancellations

Cabin Rentals at Clear Creek Retreat Center at N.E.E.D. Camp

Refund of the cancellation deposit will be as follows:

Forty-Five (45) Day cancellation notice.............. refund of entire deposit less $25 processing fee.
Thirty (30) Day cancellation notice...................... refund 50% of deposit.
Less than thirty (30) days notice ...................... no refund of deposit.
