Meadow Lane
Welcome to the Meadow Lane Elementary After School Program. Our staff provides a diverse, well rounded program with many engaging opportunities to learn new skills and participate in exciting experiences. We collaborate with the community and provide many family outreach events such as Love and Logic classes for parents, a chance to author your own story with your children using Write Brain Books, and a community Lights On Event. We use Wise Skills Curriculum to help teach social skills and different character building traits while also engaging our students in service learning projects using the Every Monday Matters Curriculum. We provide homework help, science clubs using Geo Kits, and employ disguised learning. Our students have access to multiple technology resources such as, nooks, a computer lab and smartboards. Every week we have different enrichment clubs including Art, and clubs that support our Healthy Behavior choices such as Cooking Club, Dance, and Gardeng Club. We also provide a Physical Educaiton Club using Sparks and Catch Curriculum. Meadow Lane Project SHARE has a track team with two basketball teams and competes with other schools in our community.
