Payroll Services

The Payroll staff processes payroll for Shasta County Office of Education and 10 school districts. In addition we facilitate payroll processing for 12 school districts.

We welcome the opportunity to assist Shasta County Office of Education employees and district personnel with their payroll needs.

Other services provided are:

  • Countywide STRS and PERS reporting
  • Tax processing of Social Security, Medicare, Workers Compensation, State Unemployment and Federal and State withholding
  • Annual W-2's
  • Health and Welfare benefit processing and payments
  • IRS 125 plan maintenance
